(12.5.2010) Release of the updated programme and the participants list

Program

21^st of June:

• Arrival in Tübingen
  • We’ll provide a shuttle service from the airport to Tübingen. If you want to use it please inform us.
• Welcome barbeque & drinks in the evening

22^nd of June:

• Talks and presentations about recent Elle activities. More detailed programme will be provided as soon as everybody has provided titles.
• Coffee/Lunch (sandwiches)/Coffee break in workshop room.
• Dinner together in a restaurant.

23^rd of June:

• New developments and discussion of future plans.
• Coffee/Lunch (sandwiches)/Coffee break in workshop room.
• Conference dinner at surprise location.

24^th of June:

• Open programming session.
• Coffee/Lunch (sandwiches)/Coffee break in workshop room.
• End of the workshop in the afternoon.

There will be another shuttle bus from Tübingen to the airport available during theses days (23.-25.6.) depending on demand.

25^th of June:

• Depending on how many people want to do a field trip we could organize one. Otherwise sightseeing of Tübingen and another programming session for those who will stay over the weekend for the wedding.

26^th of June:

• Wedding of Paul & Cathi.

Costs:

We estimate that we need to charge you about 85 € for two dinners, sandwiches for three lunches and ample coffee, tea and biscuits during the workshop. A restaurant dinner on Tuesday is not yet included. The fee will be payable on site.
